Refund policy
- We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
- The Hat must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Any product that has been used, damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately and we will replace it at no extra cost.
